I have no medical, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or cooking background!!

However, I did run out of my flax seed pills once, so I had to get creative. I had grinded flax seeds at home in a bag. They taste really bad mixed with pretty much with anything, so I boiled them and then filtered that. I drank the juice that came out. Here are some pictures of my EvIl InVeNtIoN.
