It’s impossible to tell. I think this means that Van Gogh and Chuck Norris are in fact the same person.

It’s not Vinson, smartass, it’s Vincent Van Gogh.
And, probably…When Chuck Norris goes to a museum which exposes Van Gogh work, all art pieces turn into something that Chuck Norris would appreciate. Even the Vincent’s self portrait.

And yes, I agree, many americans are pretty illiterate, the ones I knew once didn’t know what’s below Mexico…they thought Argentina was at the east of India!! Give me a break!
